spanish.peru.usembassy.gov/nivforms <----- I have to put that exactly on the URL and it doesn't work. My mom in the States tried and it went through, but I have tried in two different computers in Peru, and it doesn't work. Anybody have any solutions to this, I need to do this desperately. Please help, thanks.

well, if the url isn't working for you, go into the embassy website directly and into the visa section and try it directly from there.
