How do I get my fiance back to the US!!!
How do I get my fiance back to the US!!!?
We both live in Italy. Im American and I work here. She is from Peru but has no documents to be in Italy. How do I get her back to the states without getting married? Step by step please. why is this so complicated?!??!?

I would think she would have to go back to her own country since she is ILLEGAL in Italy, and apply legally there. It is not complicated. It is just following the rules.

You can apply for a fiance visa. Just be advised that every process with immigration costs money and takes time. Most of your questions can be answered on this website: www.uscis.gov Good Luck! I went through all this with my husband. He's from Paraguay.

Here is the fiance process. Remember, though, that in order to take her to the US you must be committed to marrying her within 90 days of her arrival. If you aren't ready to marry her, she can only apply for a tourist visa, which she probably won't get. Best online translator?
I'm from Peru and I work in an office here, sometimes I need an online translator because I have to translate a lot information from spanish to english and viceversa... my english is not that good that's why I need some extra help.

Can iPhones go evrywhere
Can iPhones go evrywhere?
I have a friend from Peru who works througout Latin America. She is visiting here in the states and want to buy an iPhone (Apple iPhone 3G S - 32 GB). Can she buy it here and use it there? Can she buy the device here and attach it to a plan there? Forgive me, I know nothing about iPhones. PS Is there a best place to buy it?

well as long as where shes at they have at&t. but she cant just buy the phone with no plan. if she has at&t already she can transfer her old plan to the iphone or get the new iphone plans. really theres only to places you can get an iphone which is At&t and the apple place(the store where the sell all apple materials.
