How can a girl from peru that lives in haiti , request a work permit here in the us?
Ok i hope somebody here can give some kind of information or at list to point me to the right direction. There is this girl that i knew since i was little , she is from Peru ,her whole family is , but the father had a good work offer they went to live in Haiti ,but like most of you guys know , the situation there is not good at all !! Everyday someone is getting killed there, no good work ,no good hospitals , its just a mess ! I know that some people sometimes might think that we dramatized things but no !!!!!! Things are so hard there , i lived there for 15 years ! but anyways here is the thing ,her whole family return back home ,but she stayed cause she has to work ,she has 2 kids , one for wich she has to work harder cause the guy beat her while pregnant and the little boy has some health issues , she had to give the kids to her mom , and stayed , i think she is affraid of the guy , here she could be so much more and be happy with her kids ! she is smart ! great mom ! What would be the process , or what is it that she could do for her to get a work permit ? she comes here for visits sometimes , and she believe on doing things the right way that is she comes to visit and goes back home , but she doesn't know if the us immigration can help her , if she can apply for anything on her own , and have some kind of hope . Hope you can help .thanks Please ! the question is here for an answer not for sarcasme or for answers full of hate ! and to the ones that are being mean and just plain unhuman , just click to the next question ,life is always full of surprise , don't forget that god is watching us in every single step , as ye judge others ,so shall be judge ! keep this in mind! This go for the first answer ! you don't know what the future hold !!

Tell her to go back to Peru, we have too many immigrants here already

She should contact with the nearest american embassy for information and request a working visa or green card. If things are so bad where she lives I think she could actually come here as an assilee.
